L1Caracas, July 10th 2018.- After an intense but transcendental work agenda, the Chancellor of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, made a diplomatic tour of the African continent, in order to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and create new strategies with the sister nations of Africa.

With a clear message of integration and brotherhood, the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, led by President Nicolás Maduro, and represented on this South-South Dignity Tour, by Chancellor Arreaza, toured the sister nations of Mozambique, South Africa and Ghana.

The first stop of the South-South Dignity Tour was Mozambique, a country that served to exchange the vast experience that the Bolivarian Government has in the legislative and political sphere, and thus lay the legal basis for re-establishing political, social and commercial alliances that will be made in the short term.
The Chancellor held high-level meetings with the President of the National Assembly, Verónica Macamo and the President of the Republic of Mozambique, Filipe Nyussi, both meetings were held within the framework of respect, sovereignty, self-determination and had the sole purpose of consolidating the bonds of cooperation and brotherhood.
Without interruption, the Minister made his second stop in the Republic of South Africa, and after meeting with social movements, the Secretary General of the historic African National Congress, Ace Sekgobelo Elias Magashule and the President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, assured that the time of the economic, political and social independence of the peoples will be the product of true integration.
"Development does not come alone, we have to unite, that is why we came to Africa, which is the region together with Latin America and the Caribbean, which is called to unite in this historic moment to constitute among us a great pole of power with the great amount of natural resources that we have, that the whole world needs, all humanity, "said Minister Arreaza and pointed out that they should be used with a humanist and non-capitalist conscience.
It was the Republic of Ghana, the third country visited by the representative of the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, where strategic agreements were signed in diplomatic matters, which consists in the suppression of visas in diplomatic passports and services, with the purpose of facilitating the exchange at the highest level between Caracas and Accra.
In terms of energy, the Chancellor met with the President of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, K. K Sarpong, who expressed his admiration for the Venezuelan oil industry, which he hopes to visit shortly in order to share the centennial experience he has. Petróleos de Venezuela and thus design a joint plan, technical cooperation and training in the area of energy.
For his part, Chancellor Arreaza said that the Bolivarian Government will continue to implement policies of true integration with the sole purpose of directly benefiting the peoples.
Arreaza was the first Chancellor of the Bolivarian Revolution to visit sub-Saharan Africa, because in February 2018, the first visit was made, and it is this second tour, just five months later, considered by international analysts as historical and transcendental, action that sends An excellent message from the international community, evidencing that the Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace, led by President Nicolás Maduro, if he works in South-South cooperation and believes in the natural potentials that Africa has to offer to the world.
